Entry-Level Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant (Remote) - accounting / finance - job employment

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our bookkeeping team. We will train the right candidate.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, learning new systems, and working with numbers.

### Responsibilities

* Perform weekly bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients.

* Enter and reconcile financial data.

* Review transactions for accuracy.

* Follow established procedures and checklists.

* Communicate with team members regarding questions and issues.

### Requirements

* Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Good computer and Excel skills.

* Able to follow written procedures consistently.

* Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.

* Comfortable working independently from home.

We have well-developed systems and documented procedures. Success in this role depends on following those systems consistently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

This is a full-time, fully remote position with paid training.
