Teacher Assistant - education / teaching - job employment

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Teacher Assistant to join our afterschool center in Bayside and Long Island, NY. Must be available five days a week from Mondays to Fridays during the school year, starting in September. The Teacher Assistant will provide the students with individualized support in reading books to enhance their reading comprehension skills. Pay will depend on experience and performance working with students, and is open to increase over time. We would prefer someone who can speak both English and Mandarin.
