Structural Engineer — Full Demolition Drawings (NYC)

A NYC-based permit expediting and construction compliance firm is seeking a licensed structural engineer to provide full demolition drawings for ongoing projects.

What you'll do:

Prepare and stamp full demolition drawings for NYC DOB filings

Review existing structural conditions and provide full demolition sequencing, shoring, and protection details as needed

Coordinate with our team on filing requirements and timelines

Respond to DOB objections related to structural/demolition submissions

What we're looking for:

Licensed PE (NY), structural discipline

Experience preparing full demolition drawings for NYC DOB filings

Familiarity with BC 3309 (protection of adjoining structures) and related demolition code requirements

Reliable turnaround on drawings and responsive to filing deadlines
