Looking to work with an experienced, licensed architect on a freelance, pay-per-project basis.

I have a steady amount of plans that need to be reviewed for code compliance, general accuracy, and completeness. No need to create new plans—the main role is to review existing plans, provide feedback, and occasionally answer zoning or code-related questions.

Experience with the following is important:

Conversions and alteration projects

ALT-1 filings

Prior-to-code / 1968 code projects

New building projects

NYC zoning and building code knowledge

Plan review and identifying potential issues before filing

Looking for someone experienced, responsive, and familiar with NYC filings and zoning. Work will be on a project-by-project basis.
